About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in the sunny province of Treviso, in the heart of Veneto, on clay, slate and limestone soils in a generous local climate.
Vinification
The fruit is carefully harvested and gently pressed. The must is vinified by the Charmat method, with secondary fermentation lasting around 60 days in stainless-steel pressure tanks to preserve freshness and brightness and produce a fine, elegant stream of bubbles.
