The grapes come from certified organic vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. The juice undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation, followed by a 40-day secondary fermentation using the Charmat method.

Clean on the palate, with floral and fruity notes and fine bubbles.
