Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. The juice ferments at a controlled temperature, followed by a 30-day secondary fermentation using the Charmat-Martinotti method, which produces a delicate sparkle.

The aroma is inviting, with floral and fruity notes. The palate is clean and well balanced.
