Dimora Cottanera, sleeping in the vineyard

Dimora Cottanera grew from memories of the family country house and summer holidays among the vineyard rows. The restoration reinterpreted that familiar setting through a contemporary approach to hospitality while retaining the silence, seasonal rhythms and close visual relationship with the surrounding vines.

Local craftsmanship and modern design were incorporated without displacing the rural character of the buildings. Surrounded by the vineyards of Feudo di Mezzo, the restored property contains 13 individually designed rooms distributed across the villa, courtyard and garden. The project was scheduled to begin welcoming guests in August 2023.
