Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from vineyards in the eastern part of Montalcino, at 470 m a.s.l.
Grapes
100% Sangiovese Grosso. The grapes undergo strict selection and are harvested by hand into boxes.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed, with only a very short period of skin contact.
Ageing
Ageing takes place in stainless steel.
Tasting profile
Powder pink in colour, with an exotic bouquet marked by grapefruit. The palate is fresh and pleasant.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10°C as an aperitif or with land- and seafood-based appetisers, first courses, fish and shellfish.
