In wine, the Beauty said the Latins

DIVīNE was developed after identifying the high polyphenol content of pomace left from pressing Ischia’s red grapes. Rather than treating the material solely as waste, it is reused as an ingredient in wine-based body-care products. The project links Ischia’s wine tradition with a circular approach: useful compounds are recovered, disposal costs are reduced and polyphenol-rich residues are kept from depleting oxygen in soils around plants.
