Leninfe: the new wine from Casa D’Ambra

Andrea and Sara D’Ambra selected Falanghina, Malvasia di Candia, Greco and Trebbiano for a young white wine intended to be approachable without elaborate technical framing. The name refers to the nymphs of Greek mythology, feminine figures embodying, protecting and fertilizing nature, and honours women working at Casa D’Ambra and across agriculture. The grapes are hand-harvested in the second and third ten days of September at a stated yield of 70 q/ha. The must is cold settled, fermented under temperature control and matured in stainless steel.
