About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested in the second half of September and pressed. The juice is clarified and cold-settled, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature for eight days. A second fermentation takes place under pressure.
Ageing
The wine rests for three months after bottling.
