About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on clay and slate soils.
Vinification
Harvest runs from late September to early October. Only healthy, undamaged and slightly overripe grapes are used. They are carefully picked into wooden crates in a single layer to preserve the skins, then thoroughly selected at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 16 months in 225-litre French oak barrels, followed by six months in the winery’s cellars after bottling.
Tasting profile
Silky, rich and fruit-forward, with an elegant style.

Each bottle is decorated with Swarovski crystals.
