The story of Barolo Unoperuno

The project began in spring 2010 after a family lunch where Elio served Larigi 1986. Despite hail and rain making 1986 an unfavourable year, the wine surprised the family. Unoperuno was created almost as a game and a challenge, with each berry separated by hand to search for purity of Nebbiolo fruit and tannin.
