About this wine
Grapes
Golden Muscat 50%, Sauvignon Blanc 25% and Gewürztraminer 25%.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late September and dried until the beginning of January. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and is deliberately stopped when the desired residual sugar level is reached.
Ageing
The young wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting profile
Generous fruit aromas are accented by dried-fruit notes. The palate is well balanced, with gentle freshness and a long finish.
