About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from low-yield vineyards on the sunlit hills of the Venosta Valley, where the grapes develop a distinctive aroma.
Ageing
The wine matures for 10 months in large acacia-wood barrels, followed by at least six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
Tasting profile
Elegant and complex, with good structure, fresh acidity and a distinctive mineral character.
