About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in western Sicily at 300–350 m above sea level.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo a brief low-temperature maceration, followed by gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for six months.
Tasting profile
The aroma is delicate. The palate is pleasantly refreshing and elegant.

Pairs with fish dishes, seafood, white meat, vegetables and spaghetti.
