About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow at the Borgo Guarini estate in Trapani. The vineyards are situated at 250 metres above sea level on clay-limestone soils, with southern and south-western exposure.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature, using a traditional red-wine method, and is followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages for seven months in French and American oak barrels, followed by three months in bottle.

Serve in wide wine glasses.
