About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in Agro di Trapani at 300–400 metres above sea level, with a planting density of 5,000–5,500 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of September. Fermentation lasts 20–25 days at a controlled temperature of 14–16 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for several months.
Tasting profile
Soft and well balanced, with a distinctive character.
Serving and pairing
Serve in long-stemmed, tulip-shaped glasses.
