About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Trapani at 235 m above sea level, on clay and limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Merlot is picked during the first ten days of September, followed by Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation lasts 14 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 25–27 °C, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for nine months in French oak barrels and then rests for a further six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.

Rich, juicy and distinctive, with a refined, engaging style.
Label / history
The name Camelot was inspired by the image of King Arthur’s legendary castle.
