Following harvest, the grapes undergo traditional vinification at a controlled temperature.
Label / history
Salvatore Di Gaetano founded Firriato in 1985 in the ancient town of Erice, near the provincial capital of Trapani. The winery subsequently acquired new estates and upgraded its winemaking methods and equipment.
