Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on sunny slopes in Trapani.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested when fully ripe and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 16–18 °C for 20 days.

Fresh, with a rounded, full-flavoured palate.
