About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from a 140 ha vineyard on the Borgo Guarini estate.
Vinification
Half of the grapes are harvested in early September and dried on racks for three weeks. The remaining grapes continue ripening on the vine to develop greater sweetness. Juice from the fresh and partially dried grapes is pressed, blended and fermented for one month.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for four months before release.
