The Roccaperciata vineyard is situated very close to Trapani, in an area whose climate and soils have long been considered well suited to viticulture.

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature.

The wine rests briefly in stainless-steel tanks after fermentation.

Label / history
Firriato was founded in 1985 by Salvatore Di Gaetano in the ancient town of Erice, near Trapani. Under his supervision, the estate expanded through the acquisition of new farms and improvements to its winemaking techniques and production equipment.
