About this wine
Vinification
After harvest the grapes are chilled and gently pressed. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for 4 months on the lees.

Elegant and aromatic, with distinctive notes of rose petals, jasmine and lychee.
Serving and pairing
Suited to the aperitif. It pairs with mushroom and vegetable dishes, game, meat appetisers, cheeses and olives.
