About this wine
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are chilled and gently pressed. Maceration lasts eight days, followed by vinification in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
The nose combines red fruit from Nero d’Avola, herbal notes from Merlot and spicy nuances from Syrah. The palate is fresh and energetic, with Merlot contributing roundness and Syrah lending elegance.
