About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards at 140 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand throughout the ripening season, then dried for 30 days. After gentle pressing, they undergo a slow 25-day maceration followed by fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12–14 months in large French oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.
