About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from a vineyard at 450–480 m above sea level with south-west exposure. Planting density is 5,000 vines per hectare, and yields are 8,000 kg per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand into small crates and carefully selected on a sorting table. Vinification takes place in new French oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in barrel for an unspecified period, followed by three months in bottle in temperature-controlled cellars.
