Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the western part of the Chianti region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested fully ripe and pressed at the winery. Traditional vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.

Pair with Mediterranean food, particularly pasta, meat dishes and cheese.
