About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on the hills of Castelnuovo Magra, in the province of La Spezia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Before fermentation, they undergo one day of maceration in stainless-steel tanks at 6–8 °C, followed by fermentation at 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks for about six months, including four months on the lees, then rests for a further month in the winery’s cellars after bottling.
Serving and pairing
Serve in medium-sized glasses.
