About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Francia vineyard in Piedmont.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and sorted at the winery before undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation in neutral vats.
Ageing
The wine matures for 16–18 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
