About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Colli Berici area, where Tai Rosso is traditionally grown.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested into small crates. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 10–25 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in 4,000-litre oak barrels.
Tasting profile
Berry notes shape both the nose and palate, while the bouquet gradually reveals further nuances. The palate is elegant, with a full texture.
Serving and pairing
Pair with stewed meat dishes or mature cheeses.
