New release: Piz Rosé Pinot Noir 2025

The name Piz, Ladin for mountain peak, refers to the vineyards’ Alpine altitude. Gentle pressing and short skin contact preserve a pale rosé colour and fine fruit character. Maturation on fine lees in stainless steel supports freshness and lively acidity.
