Vintage 2025: early bloom and compact harvest

Early flowering and favourable summer conditions were followed by a short heatwave. Moderate July temperatures and sufficient rain preserved acidity, while a dry, warm August increased concentration and aromatic depth. Humid September weather required patience and precise harvest timing. Picking began on 29 August and ended on 9 October, the most compact harvest in the cooperative’s experience. Chardonnay and Sauvignon showed freshness and aromatic intensity; Vernatsch and Pinot Noir showed elegance and finesse.
