About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in the municipalities of Quart, Saint-Christophe, Villeneuve and Aymavilles, at 600–800 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-September and gently pressed at the winery in a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 27–28 °C, with 5–6 days of maceration.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees for 6 months in the same stainless steel tanks.
