About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are in Quart and Jovençan, on loose, sandy soils at 600–700 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first ten days of September. They are gently pressed in a pneumatic press and the must is cooled. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
