About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the estate’s oldest vines and are harvested only in selected years.
Vinification
Following a late harvest, the berries are sorted by hand to retain only evenly ripened, balanced fruit. Fermentation takes place partly in wooden vats.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for more than one year.
Tasting profile
Balanced in character, with a style reminiscent of white Burgundy.

Pair with white meat, seafood or truffles.
