About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Guerrieri’s vineyards on the eastern bank of the Metauro River, at an altitude of 200 metres. The sites have southern and southeastern exposures, and the soils are predominantly clay and limestone.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late September and gently pressed in a pneumatic press. The must is clarified by settling at the winery before temperature-controlled fermentation.
