About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in the Bolgheri region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand from September to October. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel tanks, with 20 days of maceration. Malolactic fermentation follows in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 14 months in French oak barriques.
Label / history
Annual production is 12,000 bottles.
