A new addition to the Quintessenz line: Chardonnay from Kaltern

Quintessenz Chardonnay 2023 expanded the premium range. Its fruit comes from selected, sun-exposed slopes around Caldaro, where varied soils and the contrast between warm days and cool nights support balanced ripening.

After pressing, the must fermented and matured for several months in barrique with regular bâtonnage. Part of the wine completed malolactic fermentation, followed by further maturation on fine lees before bottling.
