About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyard faces the sea. Its soils are clay and chalk with a large amount of fossilized shell material. All vineyard work is done with horses, and the vines are grown using biodynamic and permaculture methods.
Vinification
Fermentation is spontaneous and completely natural, without temperature control. The wine is bottled without fining, filtration or stabilization.
Ageing
14 months in oak barrels.
Tasting profile
Deep, thoughtful, full-bodied and highly aromatic. A powerful wine made with the long term in mind, it continues to develop with age and gradually reaches its full potential.
