About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September and vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve their varietal character.
Ageing
The wine matures in French oak barrels for 8–10 months, followed by a further four months in the cellar after bottling.
