About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Colorino, Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes come from the estate’s vineyards in Chianti Classico. The vines are farmed organically.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed without crushing. Fermentation occurs naturally with native yeasts and no temperature control.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for 12 months.
