About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in the municipality of Vidor at 125 metres above sea level, on alluvial clay soils.
Vinification
The varieties are harvested and vinified separately. Glera is picked in September and pressed; the must is statically settled, then fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled 18 °C. Pinot Nero is harvested from late August to early September, destemmed and pressed, then undergoes cold pre-fermentation maceration and fermentation in contact with the skins. After blending, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in an autoclave at 18 °C for at least 60 days.
Tasting profile
Delicate and light, with fruit notes balanced by refreshing acidity.
Label / history
The name “Tor Se” combines the estate’s name with the Rosé style.
