About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards at 300–350 m above sea level. Only the finest bunches are selected, balancing ripeness with freshness.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. After destemming, they undergo cold maceration, followed by a long fermentation below 30 °C to preserve fine aromatic and flavour detail.
Ageing
The wine matures for three years in 30 hL and 50 hL Slavonian oak casks, followed by two years in bottle. This allows its structure and aromas to develop harmoniously and supports continued evolution over time.

The 2019 combines rare concentration with remarkable elegance, showing bright fruit and spice notes.
Vintage notes
Montalcino experienced consistently warm weather in 2019, with an ideal amount of spring rainfall followed by a long, dry summer. These conditions enabled the grapes to ripen fully.
