About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the province of Treviso in northern Veneto. Moderately warm summers and cool nights help preserve acidity and aroma.
Grapes
Chardonnay contributes elegance, pure fruit flavours and fresh acidity, while Pinot Bianco adds floral and fruity notes.
Vinification
Harvest takes place from 25 August to 5 September, while the grapes are ripe but retain high acidity. The fruit is gently pressed to obtain pure, aromatic first-press juice. Primary fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to preserve white-fruit and floral aromas. Secondary fermentation follows in sealed autoclaves using the Charmat–Martinotti method and lasts 3–4 months.
Ageing
The wine rests in tanks for 4–6 months, allowing its structure to integrate and its balance to develop.
Tasting profile
Lively, fresh and elegant, with white-fruit, floral and fruity notes, fresh acidity and fine, persistent bubbles.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as a light aperitif.
