About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on hills in the province of Treviso, Veneto. The mild climate allows sugars to develop while preserving vibrant acidity.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand from late August to early September and gently pressed without skin contact to preserve fresh fruit and floral aromas. Primary fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks with selected yeasts. Secondary fermentation follows the Martinotti Lungo method, lasting 4–6 months in pressurized tanks to produce a complex, elegant and persistent stream of bubbles. The wine contains 6 g/L of residual sugar.
Ageing
Ageing on the lees gives the wine a smooth texture and harmonious character.
