About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Veneto, Northern Italy, where a moderately continental climate and marked day–night temperature differences support aroma development while preserving acidity.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at a ripeness that retains high natural acidity and moderate sugar levels. After gentle pressing, the clean must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place in sealed pressure tanks using the Martinotti–Charmat method.
Ageing
The wine remains in contact with the lees for several months, adding depth and subtle creaminess.
Tasting profile
Focused, bright and well structured, with a precise, clearly defined character. The palate is crisp, lively and linear, combining freshness with firm minerality and subtle creaminess. Fine, persistent bubbles accompany a clean, direct finish.
Label / history
Ferruccio Lamborghini founded the winery in the 1960s after leaving the automotive business and returning to his agricultural roots. His daughter, Patrizia Lamborghini, has managed the estate since the 1990s, working with oenologist Riccardo Cotarella.
