About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Treviso area. Its moderately continental climate has a noticeable Adriatic influence: warm days aid ripening, while cool nights preserve acidity.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested early to retain freshness and clean aromas. Gentle pressing limits phenolic extraction, and only the purest juice is used. The first fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. A second fermentation in sealed autoclaves follows the Charmat–Martinotti method, emphasizing the fruit and producing fine, persistent bubbles.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for several months, which contributes a silky palate.
Tasting profile
Bright and elegant, with fine, persistent bubbles. Citrus, almond and floral notes lead into a lively, energetic palate that is smooth and refined rather than sharp, with a silky texture.
Label / history
The wine is presented in a gleaming silver bottle.
