About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 430 metres above sea level on silty clay soils. The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, usually during the first week of September.
Vinification
Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
Ageing
The wine rests for 12 months in old oak barrels.
