About this wine
Vinification
Harvest begins in the second week of September. The grapes are gently pressed, and the resulting must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a low, controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless steel tanks until February of the following year, followed by a further three months in bottle.
