About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested from mid-September to mid-October. They are gently pressed, and the must undergoes primary fermentation at a controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation follows the Charmat method in a sealed autoclave, also at a controlled temperature.
Tasting profile
The aroma is delicate and slightly sweet, balanced by a lively, energetic palate.
Serving and pairing
Pair with fish or vegetable appetisers, seafood dishes and baked fish.
