About this wine

Vinification

Immediately after harvest, 70% of the grapes are gently crushed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24 °C for 8–9 days. The remaining 30% are dried for 40–50 days, then lightly pressed and fermented.

Ageing

The wine ages for several months in stainless-steel tanks and small wooden barrels. It is then blended, bottled at low temperature under sterile conditions, and left to mature further in the cellar.

Label / history

The label depicts two ancient clay jars discovered in the “La Pra” vineyard on the eastern slopes of Lake Garda. The jars, presented as symbols of the area’s centuries-old winemaking traditions, are now displayed in a museum in Venice.
