About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Negroamaro fruit is grown on the estate in clay and silt soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of September. After a short maceration, the juice is drawn off and the must is settled at a controlled temperature. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for three months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by one month in bottle.
